The Hi-Bar Chocolate Story


I love chocolate! I always have.... since my kids were born 9 years ago I began the journey of learning how to make bean-to-bar chocolate. I knew it would be a perfect fit for me. After taking on line classes through Ecloe chocolate school and researching every bean-to-bar chocolate company I could find in and out of the country, I made the leap to invest in hobby size machines as soon as it was possible.

I knew that what I made had to be local, minimal and pure to satisfy me. Those ethics made my ingredients list.

So, I now present to you.......
